About Us
The Brennan Group was founded in 1993 as a family-run business, comprising a construction company and development division. The hallmark of our work is attention to detail and excellence in development, so our customers are proud to live in homes we have built.
The Brennan Group has worked with high profile blue chip companies, most notably completing many projects with British Airways. Our extensive experience spans both residential and commercial developments, from luxury houses to modern offices. Much of our work is in London, where we have developed houses in historic and conservation areas, including Notting Hill, St James’s, Barnes and Hammersmith.
Our reputation means repeat business forms the backbone of our construction portfolio, with well-respected names in the property and land sectors - such as Amsprop, Danescroft Land and Freshwater – actively seeking to partner with The Brennan Group. We are also proud to forge relationships with institutions including Imperial College.
Similarly, we are held in high regard by consultants – architects, engineers and surveyors – who often request our involvement in their projects. These flourishing relationships translate to excellent developments that continue to delight our customers.
Tom and Lorna Brennan remain at the helm ensuring the same ethos applied at the company’s inception still underpins today’s activities.
Brennan Limited is a Chartered Building Company, while our development arm is a Chartered Building Consultancy. Tom Brennan is a Fellow of the Institute. We maintain ISO accreditations to 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards in order to demonstrate our commitment to high standards and quality work.
Introduction
83 Fermoy is a bespoke collection of 19 exceptionally well-appointed one and two bedroom apartments located in the prestigious W9 postcode bordering Notting Hill and Maida Vale. The aim has been to elevate comfort and convenience at a time when home has never been more important.
Each apartment features an intuitive layout, with open plan living spaces, generous bedrooms, fully tiled bathrooms and German engineered Leicht kitchens with integrated Miele appliances.
Feature glazing is fitted as standard, to flood each apartment with natural light and fitted wardrobes throughout – either engineered oak or porcelain tiles. Highlights in many apartments include en-suite bathrooms, balconies and roof terraces - details for an extra layer of luxe.
Architecturally, 83 Fermoy is an elegant and subtle addition to the W9 street scene, with a carefully chosen mix of brick and understated metallic details. Residents will access the apartments via a communal lobby, with a lift to all floors, a video entry system and a secure ground floor cycle store.

AREA GUIDE |
Notting Hill is a location so distinctive that it has been chosen as the set for countless movies, attracting visitors who come in search of the pastel-hued property façades made famous by the silver screen. While these pretty exteriors are one of the area’s most Instagram-friendly aspects, they are given a run for their money by the colourful street markets that line Portobello Road – offering a real spectacle and also an authentic way to shop local.
While transient tourists come and go, Notting Hill provides a year-round engaging experience for residents. The exciting mix of established favourites, boundary-pushing start-ups and every-day amenities create an atmosphere described as: “West London’s most vibrant neighbourhood’ by Condé Nast Traveller.
A duo of famous bakeries – The Hummingbird and Gail’s - Ottolenghi Notting Hill, Daylesford, Core by Clare Smyth and Beach Blanket Babylon are perennial places to eat, drink and buy, while Los Mochis, Beam and Supermarket of Dreams are new entrants already making a big impact. The everyday is not forgotten in Notting Hill, with M&S recently opening a new food store and Amazon reported to be opening its first check-out-free supermarket in the UK near Notting Hill Gate very soon.
Notting Hill
The community has perfected its downtime atmosphere to a tee, with The Electric Cinema, The Notting Hill Arts Club, Electric House and two theatres – the Canal Café and The Tabernacle - pitching intriguing mixes of entertainment, arts and social opportunities. For shopping, Westbourne Grove, Golborne Road and All Saints Road offer an eclectic selection of independent brands, high-end labels and practical stores.
For a more tranquil, soothing vibe, try neighbouring Little Venice. Walk along the waterway where the Grand Union and Regent’s Canal meet, spotting quaint houseboats and colourful barges, before exploring the lushly green Rembrandt Gardens.
The area is also home to The Puppet Theatre Barge and Clifton Nurseries – the oldest garden centre in London and home to the much-lauded Quince Café.
Like much of the W9 postcode, adjacent Maida Vale falls in a protected Conservation Area, known for its white stucco-fronted Regency houses, Italianate villas, architect-designed mansions and blocks of Art Deco-inspired apartments. Intermixed are the BBC’s Maida Vale Studios on Delaware Road, The Union Tavern canal-side gastropub and a branch of The Everyman Cinema.
