We visit properties, both on and off the market, providing concise feedback before drawing up a shortlist of properties meeting your criteria. Every negotiation is different. Our aim is always to secure the property on the best terms and at the right price for you. Once a sale is agreed, we work alongside all parties to ensure a smooth transactional process. Where a property has already been identified and help is required with due-diligence and negotiations, we can work on stand-alone transactions on your behalf if necessary.

Mark is a trusted advisor with an extensive range of experience spanning 20 years in residential development, sales, lettings and acquisitions, most recently overseeing the sales and marketing of the Battersea Power Station Development, the largest inner-city regeneration project in Europe. Mark has successfully built comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for developers and has been involved with many large-scale purchases to UHNW individuals as well as working with Private Banks and various UK and International Institutions.
Charlie has worked in the Prime Central London market since 1994. A Director at Savills since 2007 he has extensive knowledge of residential sales & acquisitions specialising in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea acting on behalf of a wide range of clients. He has also worked with most major developers advising and acting for clients across Prime Central London and beyond. Charlie has a wide demographic of property experience and UHNW clients which has deepened his understanding of his clients' needs in order to help maximise their assets.
Catherine has specialised in the prime central London market since 2004 where she began her career within the fast-paced environment of a competitive London selling agency. After starting a family Catherine moved to Hampshire in 2015 where she lives with her husband and two boys; she is well known to selling agents and local residents, which enables her to create off-market opportunities for many of her clients. Having worked on both sides of selling and buying she is best-placed to advise clients on all aspects of the residential market.
Alice began her property career in Central London in 2001 as a property consultant before managing her own office within one of London's leading estate agents. Alice brings 18 years of experience across a wide spectrum of property transactions and has expert knowledge in the field. Having lived in Hampshire for many years her local knowledge and extensive contacts, both professional and personal, are extremely wide and varied. Alice is able to provide a highly professional and focused search service, providing her clients with the best opportunity to purchase in this complex and highly competitive market.
Ben Pridden worked in central London for 10 years, before taking on the management of the residential business at Savills York office in 2014. Since his arrival in York Ben has been responsible for the sale of some of the finest houses in the Ampleforth area and further afield.

Having found a property we then charge a fee calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price, on exchange of contracts. We are also able to help with one off transactions where a property has already been identified and help is required with due-diligence and negotiations. An appropriate fee can then be agreed, depending on the advice required.
