At Savills our aim is to add value to the development and sales process. We will work with you from the conception of your scheme to completion to maximise sales rates and values. We understand you need to protect your bottom line. However the appointment of Savills can add value to your development by maximising sales, generating more leads and therefore achieving a higher price per square foot.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AT:
BY Ben Di Rollo, SAVILLS

Brunch has got to be Dishoom on St Andrews Sq. when I tell people about how great the naan bread bacon roll is they don’t believe me, until they try it! For lunch La Bruschetta at Haymarket – it is a small, family run Italian restaurant and the food never disappoints.

DESCRIBE THE AREA IN THREE WORDS
Where would you walk your dog?
You can’t beat the Pentland Hill’s, it has a bit of everything. I tend to stay low level most days but when I find the energy (and time) to go up to the top, the views are incredible.
The new St James Quarter is the place to go just now, it has many retailers that have opened in Edinburgh for the first time as well as all the usual’s.
It seems so long ago since we did this for obvious reasons but we recently went to Lane 7 which mixes bowling and drinking and encourages some friendly (not really) competition.
The Edinburgh International Festival which is the annual festival of performing arts. The population doubles during August and the buzz around the city is phenomenal.
